At Besheri, we are here to deliver the very best in quality and fit, with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee returns policy, if you purchase an item but find it is unsuitable for any reason and wish to return it, we will refund or exchange it for you, no questions asked.

Our Returns Policy

If any product you purchase is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, or is not fit for its usual purpose, or it is unsuitable or even if you have simply changed your mind for any reason, simply return it within 30 days and we will gladly exchange it or refund it, subject to our terms and conditions.

• When returning your purchase for a refund, you must include your original receipt this will be on the front of the parcel, without a receipt NO Refund is possible.
• All goods must be returned with original tags and packaging and in good, clean condition.
• If you can’t find your receipt and, provided your product is in saleable condition, we’ll gladly offer you an Exchange.
• No returns on Clearance and Sale items, unless faulty.

To initiate your online return, complete the following steps:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return/exchange

Once you have either emailed us, please send the item to be returned/exchanged to:

NOTE: Please be sure to write the number of your order on the outside of your package. Any item returned without contacting us prior will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once a returned item is received, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 business day

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded under any conditions.

Size Exchanges

Applies to Full Priced, Full Priced with Discount Code and Sale products. If the fit was not quite right and you’d like to swap your item for another size, follow the prompts via our Returns Portal and choose your new size. You will be emailed a prepaid return label to send back the original. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: Exchanges subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your exchange order until your return is in transit to us.
