Standard Shipping:

Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous shipping team works hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 1-2 business days.

*We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link in this email. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, country of origin, shipping destination, and purchase amount. If not already included in the item price, they will be displayed separately at checkout.

Some countries require payment of duties and taxes upon delivery and therefore cannot be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for the fees determined by their local customs authorities.

Missing Packages:

Please allow 24 hours from the time that the selected carrier shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.

If 24 hours has passed since the tracking shows as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to the selected carrier for further information.

Please reach out to our customer support team via email, phone. social media messenger or chat within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with carrier information, so that we may further assist.

If you have had an order that shows as delivered in the past and this is your second lost package we will forward you to a manager for assistance in filing a claim with your selected carrier.

If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Besheri at the time of purchase, Besheri is not liable for mis-delivery.

Stolen Order (Marked as Delivered)

Order Issue: If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, it is considered stolen and must be submitted within 5 days of the “Delivery Date” to ensure the package was not misdirected or can be easily found in-store.

The Besheri Product Support team will review these order issues individually and determine the best refund option.

Damaged Order

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item and must be submitted within 5 business days of the item being marked as delivered.

If your order is defective or you suspect the item was damaged during production, please contact Besheri’s Customer Service team. , we will wholeheartedly cooperate with you to solve your problem.
