I can't find my package
You should have received confirmation of the delivery by email and/or SMS if the merchant has provided us with these details.
If not, please check your property thoroughly before contacting us. The driver may have hidden the package to keep it safe, so check in all areas where you think that might be, for example behind pot plants or under your doormat.
I've lost my tracking number
You can find your tracking number in the confirmation email the merchant sent you to advise that your order has been shipped.
When will l receive my package?
You can view the latest delivery status of your package, at any time, on this tracking page.
You should also receive notifications via email from the merchant.
Can l change my delivery address?
If the carrier has not yet picked up the order from the merchant, you can contact the merchant directly and ask them to update your delivery address in their system.
If the carrier has picked up your order, you can’t change the delivery address.
If the carrier has attempted to deliver your order, and they were not able to, you can contact the carrier directly and arrange to have the parcel redelivered to the correct address, or taken to a collection point for you to pick up.
What happens if l can't receive my package in person?
If you have provided your ‘Authority to Leave’ when you made the purchase on the merchant’s site, your package may be left in a place deemed safe by the delivery person.
If there’s no secure location to leave the package at the delivery address, it will be returned to the warehouse and delivered the next business day. Alternatively, you may receive an attempted delivery card, with instructions on how and where to collect the package.
